De collectie 2026 van HENDI is binnen. U vindt bij ons ruim 650 nieuwe producten voor de professionele horeca: van koelwerkbanken en combi-steamers tot gastronormbakken, koksmessen en buffetartikelen. Alles is direct online te bestellen, ook in grotere aantallen voor een nieuwe zaak of een verbouwing.

De nieuwe collectie is bedoeld voor dagelijks professioneel gebruik. Denk aan restaurants en cafés, hotels en cateraars, maar ook aan zorginstellingen, bedrijfskantines en foodtrucks. Van een complete keukeninrichting tot het aanvullen van klein materiaal: u bestelt alles bij één leverancier.
Waar let u op bij de keuze?
- Aansluitwaarde: veel apparatuur werkt op 230V, maar grotere ovens, kooktoestellen en vaatwassers vragen vaak een 400V-aansluiting (krachtstroom). Controleer vooraf welke aansluiting u in uw keuken heeft.
- GN-maat: gastronorm is de Europese standaardmaat voor bakken en roosters. Een GN 1/1-bak meet 530 × 325 mm. Kiest u koeling, bain-maries en ovens met dezelfde GN-maat, dan zijn uw bakken overal uitwisselbaar.
- Materiaal: RVS is hygiënisch, slijtvast en eenvoudig te reinigen. Daarom is het de standaard in de professionele keuken.
- Afmetingen en capaciteit: meet de beschikbare ruimte op en let op inhoud en capaciteit. Te klein schiet tekort in de spits, te groot kost onnodig ruimte en energie.
